pc755 is committed to protecting the personal data of every member on our platform. This Privacy Policy explains in full what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you hold over your data.
This policy applies to all Members and visitors of the pc755 platform, including persons accessing the site from any location in Indonesia or internationally. Please read it carefully alongside our Terms & Conditions.
These six principles guide every decision we make about data collection, processing, and storage. They are not aspirational — they are the operational standards our platform is built on.
pc755 collects only the personal data that is strictly necessary for the purposes described in this policy. We do not collect data speculatively or for purposes beyond those disclosed to you at the point of collection.
pc755 will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your data is used solely to operate your account, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience.
All data transmitted between your device and pc755 servers is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Stored personal data and financial records are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 protocols.
You have genuine, exercisable rights over your personal data — including access, correction, deletion, and portability. pc755 processes all data rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt, free of charge.
Personal data is retained only for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose or as required by applicable law. Anti-money laundering (AML) regulations require us to retain certain transaction records for a minimum of five years.
In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your personal data, pc755 will notify affected Members by email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident, in line with international best practices for breach disclosure.
