These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pc755 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account on pc755. We enforce mandatory age and identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
Each individual may hold exactly one pc755 account. Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or colluding with other players is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on pc755 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000; minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Standard requirement is 5× the bonus amount. Bonus funds must be used within 7 days of credit or they will expire. Full bonus terms are set out in Clause 6.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pc755 holds its international operating licence. By using pc755 you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for any dispute.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 To open and maintain an account on pc755, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
2.2 pc755 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within seven (7) calendar days of a request may result in suspension of the account and withholding of funds pending verification.
3.1 Each individual may hold one (1) account only on pc755. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is a material breach of these terms.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pc755 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify pc755 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3.5 pc755 employs a full KYC verification procedure. Before processing any withdrawal, we require the following documents:
3.6 Account registration and the subsequent creation of an account on pc755 are provided free of charge. pc755 does not charge a registration fee.
4.1 All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
4.2 pc755 accepts deposits via the following methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
4.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members; Gold Diamond VIP members may request higher single-transaction limits through their personal VIP manager.
4.4 Deposits are credited to the Member's account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. pc755 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pc755 accepts no responsibility.
4.5 pc755 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any deposit transaction that it, in its sole discretion, deems unusual or suspicious. During such a review, the relevant funds may be temporarily withheld from play.
4.6 Deposited funds held in your account balance do not earn interest.
5.1 Withdrawals are available only to Members who have completed the KYC verification process as described in Clause 3.5.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Standard processing time is within four (4) hours of approval. Gold Diamond VIP members benefit from a same-day withdrawal guarantee subject to verification completion.
5.3 Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method (and the same account or wallet) used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Members against unauthorised withdrawal requests.
5.4 pc755 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member.
5.5 pc755 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to enhanced due diligence documents where required by anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
5.6 Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a banking business day will ordinarily be processed on the same day. Requests submitted after that time will be processed on the following banking business day, subject to compliance checks.
5.7 Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount automatically.
6.1 pc755 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this clause and in any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply:
6.3 Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. The use of systematic betting strategies, arbitrage, or bonus abuse techniques — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets across accounts or platforms — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
6.4 pc755 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's account provided the Member has already satisfied the relevant opt-in conditions.
6.5 Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Members attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will have all duplicate accounts closed and associated winnings forfeited.
7.1 All bets placed on pc755 are subject to the specific game rules and market rules displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific game or market rule, the specific game or market rule shall prevail.
7.2 Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia internationals, and other offered competitions — are settled in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing body. pc755 reserves the right to use alternative officiating results where the governing body's official result is unavailable or delayed beyond 48 hours.
7.3 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a winning payout. If one or more selections within a mix parlay are voided (e.g., due to match cancellation), those selections are removed from the accumulator and the odds are recalculated accordingly.
7.4 Live in-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion and may be suspended or refused at any time. pc755 is not liable for connection interruptions that prevent a Member from placing or amending an in-play bet.
7.5 pc755 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error. A manifest error is defined as a price that is obviously incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of the bet, typically representing an error of 10× or more. Members will be notified of any void and the original stake will be returned to the account balance.
7.6 Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are settled based on the official draw results published by the relevant pool operator. Draw times are displayed in WIB (UTC+7). pc755 accepts no responsibility for delays in official result publication.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pc755 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:
8.2 pc755 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pc755 may, at its sole discretion, void bets, withhold winnings, suspend or close accounts, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial regulators.
9.1 pc755 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
9.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Member's balance will be preserved. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, pc755 may withhold all or part of the balance in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
9.3 A Member may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within seven (7) banking business days. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
9.4 Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) are subject to an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 10.000 per month deducted from the remaining balance. pc755 will notify the Member by email before the fee commences. If the balance reaches zero and the account remains inactive, it will be archived.
10.1 All content on the pc755 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, game graphics, odds data, software, source code, database structures, text, and audiovisual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of pc755 or its licensed third-party suppliers.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these terms. No other rights are granted.
10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pc755 platform without prior written consent from pc755.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pc755 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or financial loss — even if pc755 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.2 pc755 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. We maintain 99.9% uptime targets but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may cause temporary service interruptions.
11.3 In-play bets that are accepted during a period of delayed data feeds — including live score feeds and live streaming — are placed at the Member's own risk. pc755 will not void or compensate bets solely on the basis that live data was delayed.
11.4 Nothing in these terms limits pc755's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
12.1 pc755 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at https://pc755.cam/privacy-policy.
12.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service communications.
12.3 pc755 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit prior consent.
13.1 pc755 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address at least seven (7) calendar days before they take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the pc755 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 9.3.
13.3 The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document identify the currently operative version. Previous versions are available upon written request to [email protected].
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pc755 holds its international operating licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact pc755 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pc755 undertakes to respond to formal dispute notices within five (5) banking business days.
14.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being notified in writing to pc755, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution as designated by pc755 in its operating licence terms.
14.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
